Buddhism, Ajahn Jayasaro,Anatta And The Sense Of Self

I usually try to keep the videos in the Sunday Buddhism series short and to the point. BUT! The Annica, Dukkha, Annta deal is a big part of Buddhism and the first 2 Impermanence and Suffering are pretty easy to suss out, but, for me, Anatta is a bugger. In No-self or Not-self? by Thanissaro Bhikkhu it is efficiently explained. To me until I experience something I real do not know it and it seems Anatta is one of those things that even when experienced it is difficult to identify, so I have found Ajahn Jayasaro’s talk quite helpful.

So I hope that those of you who take the time to listen to the talk find it beneficial….
